Kristina Raspe

Vice President of Places, Apple Inc.

Kristina Raspe serves as the Vice President of Places for Apple Inc. In this role, she has global responsibility for real estate strategy, transactions and administration; master planning and entitlements; workplace and retail store design, construction, facilities operations and maintenance; data center design and construction; environment, health and safety; renewable energy and conservation; commute services; strategic workplace planning; and extensive business partnering activities. Raspe has been with Apple since 2013.  

Prior to joining Apple, Raspe served as the Vice President for Real Estate Development & Asset Management at the University of Southern California. At USC, Raspe was responsible for all campus planning activities, entitlements, real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing and development, lending, and management of all non-liquid university assets. Raspe played a critical role in the university’s redevelopment of its University Village (a 1 million-square-foot mixed-use project), the development of master plans to guide the future development of both the university’s main campus and its health science campus, and the leasing of the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum. 

Raspe has a master’s degree in real estate development and a master’s degree in construction management, both from USC. She also has a law degree from Loyola Law School, and practiced real estate and corporate law for 10 years prior to transitioning to the business side of real estate development. Throughout her career, Raspe has been actively involved in a variety of organizations, including Urban Land Institute (current Global Board of Directors member and Global Trustee, former Americas Executive Committee Chair), USC Price School (former Board of Councilors member), Design-Build Institute of America (Western Pacific Region past president), California Fair Employment & Housing Commission (former commissioner), and Century City Bar Association (past president).
